Classic Beef Stew
Instructions:
Brown the beef in a casserole dish with olive oil until browned.
Add the onion, garlic, and tomato paste. Mix.
Sprinkle with flour, cook for 2 minutes then moisten with the stock.
Add carrots and celery, salt, pepper. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
