Honeybun Cheesecake Filling:
24 oz (680 g) cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup honey

Cinnamon Swirl:
1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Topping:
The icing from the cinnamon roll dough tubes
