* 1 cup granulated sugar
* ½ cup sour cream
* 3 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

The swirl
* ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
*½ cup brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
* 1 sheet of puff pastry
