Christmas Sweet Bread

In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, sugar, yeast, oil, orange zest, and vanilla essence until everything is well combined.

Add the flour in two parts. First, add half of the flour and mix well. Then add the second part along with a spoonful of salt and mix for 5 minutes until you get a homogeneous dough.

Add blond raisins, black raisins and candied fruit, and mix slightly until evenly distributed.

With two spoons greased with oil, take portions of the dough and place them in three flour molds (size No. 18). You can add more candied fruit on top if you wish.

Let the molds rest for 25 minutes or until the dough doubles in size.

Brush the dough surface with egg yolk to give it a golden glow during baking.

Bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Roll while the bread is still warm.
