Chocolate-Filled Berliners Delight

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until foamy.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the softened butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture.

3. Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until doubled in size.

5. Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out circles using a round cutter.

6. Place a piece of chopped dark chocolate in the center of half of the circles, and top them with the remaining circles. Press the edges to seal, ensuring the chocolate is enclosed.

7. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium heat. Carefully drop the filled Berliners into the hot oil, a few at a time.
