1. First, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract until frothy and then alternately stir in the flour mixed with baking powder, cocoa and oil.
2. Now place the dough on a greased and floured or lined 22 x 32 cm baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C until golden brown. Now turn out the baked dough and make holes with the handle of a wooden spoon, then let it cool.
3. In the evening, prepare the vanilla pudding as usual. You can also add sugar, depending on how sweet you want the cake to be in the end. Spread the pudding on the cooled cake and smooth it out. Let the pudding cool down.
4. Now heat the cream over a low heat, but do not boil it. When it is warm, immediately remove it from the heat, add the chocolate broken into pieces and melt it while stirring. Finally, spread the glaze on the cooled pudding. Chill the cake and then serve.
