Cherry Pistachio Bliss Bars
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped pistachios, chopped cherries, and salt. Stir well to combine all the dry ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well blended.
4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated and combined.
5. If you’re using dark chocolate chips, fold them into the mixture now for an extra touch of sweetness.
6. Spread the mixture into the lined baking pan and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
