  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

FOR THE WRAPS:

  • 4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat or spinach tortillas work as alternatives)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce (optional, for added crunch)
  • 1 tomato (sliced, optional)

Optional Additions:

  • Veggies: Add sautéed onions, bell peppers, or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture.
  • Spicy Kick: Include a dash of crushed red pepper flakes or a drizzle of hot sauce for some heat.
  • Avocado: Sliced avocado adds a creamy texture and freshness to the wraps.
  • Bacon: Cooked and crumbled bacon adds an extra smoky flavor.

Tips for Success

  1. Cook the Chicken Properly: For the juiciest chicken, cook it over medium heat in a hot skillet to get a nice sear on the outside while keeping the inside tender and moist.

Instructions

1. PREPARE THE CHICKEN:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute, then add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.

2. MAKE THE CHEESY GARLIC SAUCE:

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the dried parsley if using. Set aside.
