Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, BBQ sauce, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Stuff with Cheese:
Flatten the meat mixture into a rectangle on the baking sheet, about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese down the center of the rectangle, then carefully fold the edges of the meat mixture over the cheese to enclose it fully. Seal the edges well to prevent cheese from oozing out during baking.

Shape and Add BBQ Sauce:
Shape the meat into a loaf, ensuring the cheese is entirely encased. Brush the top of the meatloaf with an extra layer of BBQ sauce for added flavor and a glossy finish.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve:
Slice your Cheese-Stuffed BBQ Meatloaf and serve with extra BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes, or your favorite sides. This savory, cheesy, and flavorful dish is sure to impress!
