Cheese Bread No Oven No Yeast

Preheat a frying pan over medium heat and grease the surface slightly.
In a large bowl, mix grated cheese, cornmeal, salt and baking powder. Make sure all dry ingredients are combined well.
In another bowl, beat the egg, then add the milk and vegetable oil, mixing well. Incorporate this mixture into dry ingredients, combining until you get a homogeneous dough.
Pour the mixture into the hot frying pan, spreading it evenly. Cook on medium-low for about 10-15 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and cooked through.
Carefully, flip bread using a dish or lid. Cook the other side for another 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool a bit before cutting it. Serve hot or at room temperature.
