Blend all cake ingredients. Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-60 minutes until golden; check with a toothpick.
Icing: bring the coconut milk, sugar, and shredded coconut to a boil in a saucepan. Boil briefly and then let cool a bit.
