Cabbage and Egg Patties
Get the cabbage ready.
Cut the cabbage into small pieces.
Prepare the cabbage: Boil water in a pot and cook the cabbage for 5 minutes.
Drain the cabbage and leave it to the side.
Get the onion and carrot ready.
Cut the onion into very small pieces.
Shred the carrot: Shred the carrot.
Prepare the vegetables.
Warm up some olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
Cook Vegetables: Put the diced onion and shredded carrot in the pan. Cook the vegetables in a pan until they are tender and smell good, for approximately 5 minutes.
Combine the ingredients.
Mix the following ingredients in a big bowl: cooked cabbage, sautéed onion and carrot, eggs, flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried garlic.
Mix thoroughly: Combine all ingredients until evenly mixed.
Prepare the cabbage mix:
Heat additional olive oil in the pan on medium heat.
Make patties: Put portions of the cabbage mixture in the pan and press them down with a spatula to shape them into patties
Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.

Make the sauce by combining sour cream, finely chopped cucumber, and dill in a small bowl.
Serve the cabbage and egg patties hot, with the sour cream and cucumber sauce on the side. Have fun!
