In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated.
Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in size.
Place the peanut butter balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
