Brownie Crinkle Cookies with Chocolate Chips
Ingredients:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp unsalted butter
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup extra chocolate chips (for folding in)
Instructions:
Melt chocolate and butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of chocolate chips and butter in 20-second increments, stirring after each until smooth and melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
