salt – teaspoon;
vegetable oil – cl;
dill – a bunch;
flour – 250 g;
potatoes – 2 pcs.;
butter – 50 g;
parsley – a bunch.
Preparation of potato pies:
for the salt into a bowl of water and stir until the granules dissolve. Pour the vegetable oil into the salt water and stir again.
Finely chop the dill, add it to the salted water, sift the flour in parts. Knead the elastic, non-sticky dough with your hands, then roll it into a thin cake.
Boil the potatoes in advance, peel them and mash them until puree. Mix the potatoes with the butter and pre-chopped parsley.
