1 packet of bourbon vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
5 eggs (size M)
330 g flour (type 405)
3 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp kirsch
2 tbsp baking cocoa
3 tbsp milk
FOR GLAZING & DECORATION
200 g dark chocolate
100 g white chocolate
2 tbsp cooking oil
150 g fresh cherries
