Beef Cheek Stewed with Mushrooms

🥣 Instructions:
1. Thinly slice the onion and garlic, cut the carrots into rounds, and slice the mushrooms.
2. In a casserole dish, heat the olive oil and brown the beef cheeks until golden brown.
3. Remove the meat and brown the onion, garlic, and carrots in the same casserole dish.
4. Sprinkle with flour and mix well.
5. Return the meat to the casserole dish, add the red wine and beef stock. Bring to the boil.
6. Add the mushrooms and bouquet garni, season with salt and pepper.
