Baked vegetables au gratin: the recipe for a simple and tasty baked side dish

Cut the vegetables into strips and set them aside.
In a bowl mix the extra virgin olive oil with the garlic and rosemary. Remove the seasonings from the oil and grease the vegetables separately as shown in the video.

In another bowl combine the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper. Cover the vegetables completely in the breadcrumb mix.

Place them on the baking sheet and pour more olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
