Preparation:
- Place the chicken in a large bowl or ziplock bag.
- In a small bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Cover the bowl or seal the bag.
- Refrigerate and let the chicken marinate for 2-6 hours.
- When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the marinated chicken in a large baking dish and pour the marinade over the top.
- Bake the chicken for 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165-175°F (74-80°C). For extra color, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
