I made these fries as a fun side dish for dinner, and they were devoured by my family! The garlic and Parmesan combo is a winning flavor!

Ingredients:
– 4 large russet potatoes, unpeeled and cut into strips (1/4 inch thick)

– 3 minced cloves of garlic
– ½ teaspoon dried thyme
– ½ teaspoon seasoned salt, split (optional)
– ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
– ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
