Apple Flan, Greek Yogurt and Almonds

Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Brown them in a pan with a little sugar and cinnamon until they are tender.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and Greek yogurt.
Add the flour and milk, then mix well.
Pour the dough into a buttered mold, then add the cooked apples.
Sprinkle the flan with flaked almonds.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the flan is golden and firm.
Let cool before serving.
