Apple Cakes in a Skillet Ready in 5 Minutes: Better Than Pancakes!
METHOD
1. In a bowl, add the eggs, egg yolks and sugar and mix with an electric mixer until the sugar dissolves. Add the milk, lemon (zest), flour, cornstarch and baking powder and mix until combined.
2. Peel and remove the inner part of the apples and cut them into slices. 3. In a bowl, add the lemon juice, light brown sugar and cinnamon and mix with a whisk. Add the apple slices and mix well with the juice.
4. Transfer the apple slices to the pan and, using the piping bag, spread the prepared batter on top. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes, turn them over and let them cook for a few more minutes.
6. Serve the apple slices on a serving plate and decorate with powdered sugar
