After putting the oven rack in a bag, it seems brand new, so there’s no need to scrub.
A huge bag, similar to those used for trash, is the first item you’ll need. The oven rack ought to fit in the bag. The next thing you’ll need is a tablet of dishwasher detergent. You won’t be obligated to purchase it if you don’t already have it. Changing out the tablet with ordinary washing detergent is all that’s required.
The next thing you’ll need is a container to put the detergent or tablet in. To ensure a thorough dissolution, heat some water and pour it into the basin before pouring it over the tablet. It goes without saying that the water shouldn’t be boiling or else you risk bursting the bag. Use a fork to hasten the dissolving of the tablet if it has not yet done so entirely.
Three to four teaspoons of baking soda should be added to the mixture. Consequently, we shall design an extremely effective formula that will eradicate even the most resistant fat. The bag has to be filled with the liquid. Be careful it is not very thick or the bag might be punctured.
To prevent any unintentional spillage of liquid, seal the bag securely at this stage. Then, unfold the bag and set it on a level surface with the rack inside. For around two hours, the oven rack should be allowed to rest in the bag. Allow it to rest for longer, like overnight, if it’s very filthy.
Take the oven rack out of the bag and give it a quick washing under running water once the allotted time has elapsed. You won’t have to scrape it. After cleaning, everything will be completely usable again.
