Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of grated fresh ginger
2 stalks of celery
1 cup of fresh tomato juice
The juice of half a lemon
A pinch of hot pepper
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients, except the celery stalks, in the blender and mix until the mixture is homogeneous. Pour the mixture into a glass and finish with the celery stalks. If you are preparing more than one portion, you can do it in advance and store it in the refrigerator.
Consume this drink three times a day between meals and you will start to notice wonderful results within three days.
