Delicious rolls: cooked ham, cheese and mushrooms in harmony

Ingredients:
8 slices of cooked ham

200 g of cheese (for example fontina, scamorza or mozzarella, depending on your taste)

200 g of fresh mushrooms (champignons, porcini or mixed)

1 tablespoon butter

1 clove of garlic

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 glass of white wine (optional)

50 g grated parmesan (optional, for gratinating)
