220 g sour cream, or sour cream

220 g balsamic vinegar, white

350 g of water

15 g of salt

15 g granulated vegetable stock

50 g sugar

350 g of natural yogurt, 0.1% fat

70 g of mustard

220 g of oil

1/4 tsp ground black pepper
