Pear-White Chocolate and Praline Terrine

Ingredients :
4 pears
200g white chocolate
100 g of praline
150 g of liquid cream
50 g of sugar
100g spoon biscuits
A few walnuts or almonds for decoration
Instructions :
Peel and cut the pears into small cubes. Poach them in a syrup made with 100 g of sugar and a little water until they are soft.
Melt the white chocolate with the liquid cream in a bain-marie until smooth
