No matter the weather, you can always count on this cheesy toast bits and creamy tomato tortellini soup to be a hearty and filling dinner.
Meals: Soup Mixture:
One can of crushed tomatoes (28 ounces)
One can of chopped tomatoes (15 oz.)
4 cups of broth, either veggie or chicken
1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves
Fresh basil leaves, measuring one teaspoon
Dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon
50% salt and 25% black pepper
1-cup tortellini with cheese, frozen
using one cup of heavy cream
With Regard to the Cheddar Toast Bites:
oil (1 tablespoon)
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 4 bread slices
