3. Yogurt and Fresh Herbs Dressing
Ingredients :
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
Salt and pepper
Preparation :

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice and olive oil.
Add fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
Mix well to obtain a smooth sauce.
