1. Disinfectant pause time

Using a natural disinfectant to clean your bathroom is a good thing. But is it used in the right way? Many people apply it and rinse it off immediately. However, for a cleaning product to be effective, it is important to let it sit for at least 15 minutes on all surfaces and even on the floor, so that it can do its job. Also, the next time you plan to clean your stainless steel faucets, sink, toilet bowl, shower or bathtub, proceed as follows for a perfect clean and shiny finish: take a damp sponge soaked in white vinegar and rub it with all the surfaces to be cleaned.  Leave it on for fifteen minutes.  In the meantime, you can do something else, such as cleaning the windows or just having a coffee. After this time has passed, simply rinse with clean water and then wipe with a microfiber cloth to remove the dirt permanently.

2. Applying too much product

Using a lot of products is not synonymous with cleanliness   but waste. It is also believed that putting too much product will eliminate bad smells. Using a spray or vaporizer, it is enough to activate a single load to cover the scrubbing part and the cleaners act as a degreaser. Activating it several times only wastes product conspicuously. Half a measure is required when using the products.

3. Rinse with cold water

You have decided to scrub the toilet and make your sink shine by scrubbing it with the cleaning product. Only the mistake not to make again is to rinse them with cold water. The latter will not be able to remove dirt and many microbes.  Only hot water can kill them  . In addition, some powders such as baking soda dissolve in water at high temperatures. Also for perfect cleaning, rinse with warm or lukewarm water 10% above room temperature.

Other tips for a clean bathroom

– Clean the toilet bowl

Baking soda is a very effective and easy-to-use cleaner and stripper. It is one of the abrasive products like soda crystals, which make surfaces shine and sparkle, not to mention its descaling power.  Simply pour ½ cup of baking soda into the ceramic toilet bowl and add ½ cup of white vinegar.  Baking soda is abrasive and white vinegar is an excellent disinfectant. The mixture will foam; let it act for at least 30 minutes before removing residue with a brush and rinsing. If dirt persists, repeat the operation but this time leaving it to act overnight. Another method is to heat ½ liter of white vinegar without boiling, then pour it gently over the walls of the bowl. Leave it to act for an hour or overnight if possible before washing with a brush and removing dirt. The stains will disappear and   your bowl will look like new  .
